Rock solid, clear span fabric buildings for all industries.

From spacious clear span fabric buildings to robust steel-framed constructions, each Quickspan building is engineered with precision to ensure unmatched reliability and longevity.

QUICKSPAN FRAME OPTIONS

SINGLE TUBE FRAME

Quickspan’s single tube frame offers a simple yet robust solution. Constructed from a single hollow structural section (HSS) steel tube, this frame is ideal for less intricate applications, providing effective shelter from the elements. Available in widths ranging from 18′ to 40′ and customizable lengths to suit your specific needs.

Ideal applications: Hay storage, vehicle storage, equipment storage, animal shelters, workshops.

OPEN WEB TRUSS

This innovative truss design extends clear-span space, allowing for increased versatility in building layout. With customizable sidewall heights, it offers the flexibility to build upwards rather than outwards. Our standard buildings range from 30′ to 200′ wide, with custom builds up to 300′ wide.

Ideal applications: Airplane hangers, mining equipment, industrial warehousing, manufacturing, arenas.

WIDE-FLANGE OPEN WEB TRUSS

Our Corrosion-Resistant Frame, meticulously crafted with wide-flange steel in the chord and ensuring zero exposed Hollow Structural Steel (HSS). Ideal for corrosive environments, this frame offers durability and longevity.

Ideal applications:Fertilizer storage, chemical processing, composting, salt storage, mining operations.

RIGID FRAME

Seeking a more traditional design? Quickspan’s rigid frame offers familiar features such as full steel cladding, a lower sloped roof, and a fully customizable profile. Beyond these basics, we can enhance your structure by offsetting the building’s peak, adding a lean-to for extra space, or seamlessly integrating it with an existing on-site building.

Ideal applications: Warehousing, manufacturing, distributing, mining, equipment maintenance.

CUSTOMIZATIONS

Clear span fabric building options

CLADDING OPTIONS
Options include all fabric, all metal, or a combination of the two. Factors such as maximizing natural light to reduce utility costs with fabric cladding or ensuring security with fully metal clad buildings or hybrid options  should be considered.
FINISHING OPTIONS
Primer paint is ideal for environments with low humidity or minimal corrosive conditions. Galvanized coating offers protection against corrosion in humid environments or where products react with steel. For longevity of up to 25 years in highly corrosive conditions like fertilizer storage, an epoxy coating is necessary, providing robust protection even in tough environments.
FOUNDATION OPTIONS
Foundation options include pre-cast concrete blocks, poured in place concrete walls, pre-cast concrete walls, concrete spread footings, thickened edge concrete pads, concrete piles, steel posts, pressure treated posts, screw piles, wooden pony walls, and repurposed shipping containers and more.
INSULATION/LINER OPTIONS

For buildings affected by weather conditions, insulation and liners are crucial components. Options include fabric liner with fiberglass batt insulation, industrial-grade reflective foil insulation liner, fabric liner without added insulation, and sandwich panel (for metal-clad buildings).

ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL OPTIONS

Available options include passive ventilation, ridge vents, electric louvers or fans, air exchange/makeup air units, heating systems, and gas detection systems. Electrical options can include standard or custom setups, lighting solutions, and emergency lighting provisions.

DOORS + ACCESSORIES

Quickspan options include bifold doors, fabric doors, rubber doors, sectional overhead doors, sliding  and steel roll-up doors. Accessories can include bridge cranes, pallet racking, containment walls and shipping containers.
